I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Colorado.

I am a well-being and empowerment-focused therapist.

I’ve been in private practice since 2017. I have experience counseling adults, adolescents, and groups.

I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC), nationally certified counselor (NCC), approved clinical supervisor (ACS), and diplomate in Compassion Focused Therapy (DipCFT).

In addition, I am a doctoral candidate and adjunct instructor in Counselor Education and Supervision at Adams State University. My education includes a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Chicago, and certifications in self-compassion, applied compassion, and compassionate leadership.

I’ve been a presenter and trainer at conferences, universities, schools, school districts, professional groups, and community events.

Before working in mental health, I worked as a nonprofit executive and community advocate.

I love what I do, and I am passionate about the benefits of therapy!
