Hours & Fees
Why teletherapy?
I have experience providing in-person therapy, teletherapy, and a blend of the two. In my experience, nothing surpasses teletherapy for its combination of effectiveness, convenience, and accessibility.
My office hours are Wednesday through Friday, by appointment. My fee is $175 per session. A typical session is about 55 minutes long.
Anyone who pays for therapy out-of-pocket has access to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for any fees associated with therapy.
What is the time commitment?
Generally, therapy is once a week or every other week. The frequency and total number of sessions are things we can discuss, based on your needs, goals, and circumstances.
I offer several types of therapy. Most therapy ends when a goal or well-being is achieved. Short-term therapy can be helpful for situational support and basic coping skills. Some clients choose longer-term therapy for complex issues, deeper change, mental health maintenance, or personal growth.
What about insurance?
I am not on insurance panels at this time. I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider, with the exception of Modern Health EAP.
Each insurance plan has an OON benefits policy. For your convenience, there is an insurance benefits checker below.
If you plan to use OON benefits, please let me know so we can establish a diagnosis at the beginning of therapy. I am happy to provide receipts you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
